The staff went above and beyond when they found my lost bracelet, treating my concern with utmost care and urgency, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. I was equally pleased with the availability of ironing facilities in my room, allowing me to look impeccable for my evening engagements. the free Wi-Fi access was a delightful perk, enabling me to stay connected effortlessly without any interruptions. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel ensured I enjoyed restful nights, a rarity in busy Manila.
